1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 777cz platform in any capacity, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the 777cz Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form the complete agreement between you and 777cz regarding your use of the platform.

If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorised to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" refers to that person or entity.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

• You are using the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the 777cz platform, you must create a single, verified account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 777cz account. Operating multiple accounts — whether concurrently or sequentially — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777cz platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 777cz currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may change without prior notice.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in relation to a deposit made to your 777cz account, without first contacting 777cz support, is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and referral to debt recovery.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 777cz platform are subject to the following general rules, supplemented by game-specific rules displayed within each product:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or terms displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. 777cz reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or at manifestly incorrect odds.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may be withdrawn by 777cz from any account that displays evidence of bonus abuse, match-betting, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• A maximum of one active bonus can typically be held at any time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777cz platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third party's details.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

777cz is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help users maintain control of their betting and gaming activity. We take this obligation seriously — it is not a compliance formality but a genuine operational commitment.

• 18+ Strictly Enforced: No person under 18 years of age may create an account or place any wager on the 777cz platform under any circumstances.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account dashboard. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

10 Limitation of Liability

777cz's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the user to their 777cz account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

777cz does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and third-party service outages may affect availability. 777cz is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Upon termination, all outstanding verified balances will be returned to the user subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
